Qi Gong Exercise

Many health issues stem from how we use our bodies on a daily basis -- sitting, standing, walking, too little or too much, with poor posture or bad habits. Our daily movement affects the flow of energy in the body and eventually can affect the body structure itself.

Bad habits can be undone. We often teach simple Qigong and stretching exercises that fit your needs. This is the best way to continue the healing process when you leave the clinic, so that you see lasting improvements.
