About the Course
Integrating traditional Chinese medicine and Western biomedicine with equal emphasis on prevention and treatment is critical for effective cancer management. While modern medical approaches focus on removing or reducing tumors, they don't necessarily improve the internal environment that contributes to cancer formation. Even if localized tumors disappear, the conditions that caused them may remain. Combining classical herbal formulas and applying acupuncture to activate meridians and improve circulation are promising modalities for improving cancer treatment outcomes. An integrative traditional Chinese medicine approach not only reduces side effects from conventional therapies but also transforms the body's internal environment for better health.
